Growing up in Powhatan, VA., Chad's love for the outdoors began with him cutting his teeth deer and turkey hunting with his Granddad. Chad is now 34 and has all but given up the four legged's to concentrate on waterfowl. "All your life you search for something you do well... for me, that's being a dad and chasing waterfowl."

It all began the day that Chad was introduced to waterfowl by friend and fellow Mafia

Pro-Staffer, Warren Harrow. Ten seasons later, Chad has several goose calling contests under his belt, and along with four of his close friends owns and operates Web Foot Mafia Waterfowl, a guide service/production company located in central VA.

Chad and the other Mafia staffers are proud to wear the Zink Calls name in and out of the field. From shelling ducks in timber swamps to finishing geese over small grain, waterfowling has made its mark on this Virginia native.

Chad spends the off season helping local waterfowl groups and associations by teaching calling clinics, giving blind/decoy setup demonstrations and offering field safety tips.

Chad currently lives in central Virginia with his wife, Lori, and their children, Tyler and Madelyn.
