Andy Turpen
Andy Turpen resides in Versailles Ohio with his wife of eighteen years Paula, three children Jared (17), Morgan (11), and Joel (8) Andy hails from a family of outdoorsman including his father and brothers. Some of his earliest childhood memories are setting huddled next to his father in a ground blind on a late November deer hunt in Wisconsin. Since then his interest in hunting has evolved into the "sickness" that it is today.
Andy hunts everything from small game to predator / varmints, but his main passion is waterfowling. Andy began waterfowling in 1995 at the invitation of a friend. It was an early season teal hunt in Ohio, and the first bird he harvested was a banded blue wing teal. Ever since that September morning he has done whatever he can to learn as much as possible about his craft and pass it on. Whether it be a seminar full of seasoned hunters or a pack of eager Cub Scouts, or some youngster at the boat ramp, he is always willing to pass on what he has learned in an effort to continue the tradition of waterfowling.
Andy feels the best part of waterfowling are the friendships ha has made over the years, and the comeraderie of sharing a blind with good friends and family. QAndy is very proud to be chosen to represent the Zink product line, and to be affiliated with such a well known and respected name in the waterfowl industry.
