My name is Jordan Marsh and I am a 21 year old college student from Rice Lake Wisconsin. I have been hunting waterfowl since I have been 7 years old when I first started going duck and goose hunting with my dad. The first time I went hunting I was hooked on waterfowl hunting. I had to wait 5 years to be able to shoot since Wisconsin's age limit for hunting is 12 years old. While I was still young and before I was able to hunt I would join my dad every chance I could to go out hunting. I wanted to be in the marsh and field every opportunity that I could. I would have dreams about ducks and geese all the time before we went hunting because I am a waterfowl nut. I would go with him to call, set out decoys, and just to spend good quality time with my father. I have come a very long way since my first duck and goose. I have learned a lot of things from myself, reading, watching movies, and learning from others. I have a drive for waterfowl that is not found in just your ordinary duck and goose hunter. I live and breathe waterfowling.

I believe in the gear that I use while I am out in the field that helps me get results. I buy what I believe is the best gear on the market. I use all Greenhead Gear decoys, use Avery products, shoot a Benelli Super Black Eagle II shotgun, Finisher Blinds, Under Armour heat gear, and most proudly, I blow Zink Calls. I have been shooting these ducks and geese while going to college in Stevens Point Wisconsin. I am a full time student going into the Natural Resources. I am majoring in Fisheries and Biology. I believe in conservation and conserving our Natural Resources for our future generations. I have adjusted my schedule so that I can hunt 4-5 mornings a week. I am a very dedicated student in my academics but I am also very dedicated to go out hunting when the opportunity arises. I am also launching my first video after this hunting season. I have a lot of great footage from this years hunting season that is ready to be made into a video. The video will consist of duck and goose hunting Marsh outdoors is also extending into kids programs. Starting next spring with turkey hunting I will be starting a kids program to take them out hunting and fishing. I will be doing many hunting outings from turkeys to deer, ducks and geese. I love to introduce kids into the outdoor world because they are our future and I believe in the future generations for our children. They are very important in many ways. There is nothing better than taking a young guy or gal out fishing or hunting and seeing the joy on their face. I get more out of those hunts than anything else. Nothing is better than making a young kids dream come true and that's what I plan to do with my new youth program.
