Hank Patton
Hank Patton has been an avid waterfowl hunter since 1974. His interests started with ducks in the flooded timber of Arkansas, and were fostered on reservoirs and farm ponds in Eastern and Central Kentucky. Hank started his adventures with a goose call, after sitting in Ballard Co., KY pit blind hoping that his "guide" would eventually break out his call and try to put a goose in front of the pit. After two years of futile effort, Karl Lausman finally felt sorry for him and taught him how to call. Since that day, Hank has been a student of duck and goose "ology" and hopes to someday master the calls.
Hank conducts waterfowl seminars, turkey seminars, and equipment demonstrations across Eastern and Central Kentucky. He prides himself in introducing "new hunters" to waterfowl and turkey hunting, and is actively involved in Ducks Unlimited, Delta Waterfowl, National Wild Turkey Federation and several Fish and Wildlife Youth mentor programs.
Hank is a Kentucky native, hailing from Booneville, KY, in Owsley County. He joined the Zink Pro-staff in 2005 and has positively represented the company since 2002. Hank and his family, Susan and Becky, reside in Berea, KY. Hank is an avid deer, turkey, and small game hunter and fisherman.
